I have a transformational theory. Mathematically it looks like this:

The calling is already in you. You were strategically put here with a mandate to Rule & Reign. Not in the sweet by and by, but now. You were sent with fire and have been given everything you need to Rule & Reign. But calling on its own, is inadequate for actuation.

Many wrongly think that all we need for personal transformation is information. I hear people say, “I just need to learn more.” The wisest man that ever lived said, “there’s no end to learning.” If knowledge was all we needed, we would all be whatever we wanted to be. If we maximized just a fraction of the information that we already know, we would be different people. We’ve never had more information at our fingertips. Yet many remain in inertia. Even knowledgeable people who are well resourced remain as stuck as ever. So information alone is inadequate for actuation.

Ignition is ethereal. Your spirit knows when it resonates with a message that calls it up. You hear or read something, or you encounter someone and a sleeping giant within you is roused. You yawn then howl for more of that deep calling to deep. To light a fire you need fire. My goal is to ignite the real you. YOU! Not the distracted you. Not the Lazy you. Not the hopeless, or aimless, or wishy-washy you. Not the confused, or sarcastic, or divided you. Not the wandering, or the addicted, or the anxious you. Not the angry, or the perfectionist, or the apologizing you. Not the shame-filled, guilty, or imposter you. All that is a fig leaf that you attempt to hide behind because you think wrongly that you’re naked and therefore ashamed. Here is the truth: YOU were made to be naked and unashamed. You were clothed with fire and glory. May the fire that YOU were sent here with burn off all the fig leaves and their associated stories. Catch my fire and let’s light up some stuff!

The next part of the equation is action. Right now, all day long, James is hearing people get told, “Save the drama fo yo mama!” Drama won’t bring the transformation you desire. Excuses won’t bring out YOU. I say, don’t save it – chuck it. “Drop and give me 50.” That’s action that brings transformation. Your fig leaves aren’t serving you. The stories aren’t serving you. Sympathy isn’t serving you. Drama isn’t serving you. Comfort isn’t serving you. Escape isn’t serving you. Waiting around for the perfect time isn’t serving you either.

Sergeant Peake wants action! Otherwise, 90 days from now, a year from now, ten years from now, you’ll still be telling the same sorry stories, and your fire will be burning dimmer and dimmer or totally snuffed out. Then you’ll be standing before your Maker giving account of your life knowing you didn’t step up. Taking action doesn’t save you but it’s what you were saved for. Most of you know what you need to do. Some really don’t. If you are one of the latter, talk to me. I LOVE coaching people in their divine identity and purpose. Other people can do all the parts to the left of the equation for you. Only YOU can do the action. God has called and gifted and equipped YOU. YOU have access to spiritual and earthly information of all sorts. I’ve stepped up under the unction of Holy Spirit to ignite YOU. YOU’ll either catch the flame, or you’ll blow it out. YOU’ll either spark or you’ll snuff it out. You’ll either sit back or play it safe for fear of failure, or YOU’LL roar to life and dare big, knowing that if you fail, you’ll fail forward. May YOU rise up as the powerful person that God made and sent YOU to be. Set fire to the stories you tell yourself that aren’t serving YOU.
