1. Conduct & Confidentiality: This is a confidential coaching space. You agree not to share personal stories or identities of other participants outside the session. Because of the nature of this Summit, wisdom and discretion in sharing is advised. Respectful participation is required. Inappropriate behavior will result in removal without refund. 2. Payments & Refunds: All payments are non‑refundable and all purchases are final. Payments are non‑transferable. Your registration cannot be transferred to another person or applied to future programs. 3. Attendance & Replay: Replay access is provided only to paid attendees. The recording is private and may not be shared, forwarded, or distributed. Replay access is time‑limited. You may view the recording for 21 days after the session. 4. Intellectual Property: All content is proprietary. The frameworks, exercises, and materials shared in the intensive are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, taught, or repurposed without written permission. 5. Technology & Access You are responsible for your own Zoom access. Please test your audio/video before the session. If you miss the live session due to tech issues, you will still receive the replay (available for 21 days), but refunds will not be issued. 6. Safety For your safety, you may not attend, watch, or listen to the Zoom session while driving. Any participant who appears to be driving will be immediately disconnected from the session. 7. No Guarantees Results vary by participant. This intensive provides tools, coaching, and identity frameworks, but outcomes depend on numerous factors not limited to your personal engagement and follow‑through.
